This webinar examined how recent and significant legislative changes are impacting employer obligations to create respectful workplaces, including the prevention of and response to workplace sexual harassment.

We also examined effective prevention measures based both on the Respect@Work Report's 7 minimum standards framework and various WHS Codes of Practice relating to sexual harassment.
