Calls to Lifeline have increased by almost 40 per cent compared with the same period two years ago prior to COVID-19. As a national mental health and suicide prevention advocate, CEO of Landcom, Chairman of Lifeline Australia and President of Lifeline International, John has shared his lived experience with mental health, suicide and recovery to help others. He believes that mental health in the workplace is just as important as physical health.
