On 15 May, Ai Group filed a submission to the NSW Legislative Council Standing Committee on Law and Justice inquiry into the Exposure Draft Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2025. The Bill outlined a number of changes to liability and entitlements for psychological injury.
