This Advice has been updated to include information about:

  • important amendments to the psychosocial hazards regulations in Queensland, including a specific focus on sexual harassment and the requirement to have prevention plans related to sexual harassment.  The prevention plan obligations commence on 1 March 2025.
  • Adoption of relevant Codes of Practice, including the code that relates to sexual and gender based harassment which was published by Safe Work Australia in February 2024.
