This Advice provides important information about changes to the Victorian OHS Act, including:
• new powers for ARREOs and HSRs to take photos and recordings;
• prohibition on insurance for pecuniary penalties; and
• new requirements for labour hire employers and host employers to consult, cooperate and coordinate.
