NAT 080/20: Choice of superannuation fund under enterprise agreements:

On 4 September 2020, the Treasury Laws Amendment (Your Superannuation, Your Choice) Act 2019 came into operation. The legislation amends the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 to ensure that employees covered by enterprise agreements or workplace determinations made on or after 1 January 2021 have the opportunity to choose the superannuation fund into which compulsory employer contributions are paid.
