NAT 006/20: One-off amnesty for historical superannuation guarantee non-compliance:

On 6 March 2020, legislation to implement a one-off amnesty to encourage employers to self-correct historical superannuation guarantee non-compliance, came into operation. The amnesty period continues until 7 September 2020.
