Australian Industry Group is delighted to congratulate our National President, Chris Jenkins, for being recognised in the 2025 King’s Birthday Honour List.
Mr Jenkins, who has contributed to the success of Australian Industry Group and its members for more than a decade, was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to engineering, the advanced manufacturing industry, business and the community.
Australian Industry Group Chief Executive Innes Willox said the honour bestowed on Mr Jenkins, the former CEO of Thales Australia, was well-deserved.
Mr Willox also congratulated Alan Oppenheim AM, Managing Director of Australian Industry Group member Ego Pharmaceuticals.
Mr Oppenheim, who has led the family-owned skincare business since 1990, was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (General Division).
