  • The need to comply with instructions on risk minimisation actions at work and at home
  • Changes to work arrangements (e.g. staff working from home, revised customer service standards)

Communicating these messages

  • Display posters promoting hand washing and respiratory hygiene, symptoms and when to stay home
  • Regular briefings and toolbox talks to advise workers of changes and risk control measures
  • Update information on the organisation’s intranet and via email
  • Provide internal phone and email contacts for further information on the Plan
