This is a 3-hour in-person facilitated workshop that is designed to help executive leadership teams come up to speed with the current landscape of this exciting new technology.
The workshop briefly covers AI fundamentals before leading into its use cases, forming the foundation for creating a comprehensive AI Strategy.
Different types of Artificial Intelligence, such as Machine Learning and Generative AI are explored, before comparing ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for use in the business context—how they differ, and their pros and cons from a data protection viewpoint.
This workshop dives into the two different Microsoft M365 Copilot versions, and includes demonstrations of their key features. Chatbot and Assistant functionality is explored, as well as the new area of Agentic AI—agents that can be set up to help retrieve information or perform basic tasks.
Importantly, the session delves into the risks, issues and costs associated with using different types of AI in an organisation, together with steps that can be taken to manage these.
Finally, time is spent exploring how AI can be implemented to align with, and support, overall business strategy. Keys steps and considerations are outlined to help the team in directing the organisational use of GenAI, in order to gain real value from an investment.
