If you employed an apprentice or trainee in Victoria who completed their vocational training, or were still in training, in the previous year, you will have received an invitation to participate in an annual Employer Satisfaction Survey conducted by the Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) between March and May.

Employers of apprentices and trainees are asked about their level of satisfaction with the training provided to their apprentices and trainees by the training provider with which they have a relationship.

Some of the questions include:

  • Were you satisfied with the training provided to your apprentices and trainees?
  • How likely are you to recommend your training provider to other employers?
  • Did you continue to employ your apprentices and trainees after they completed their training?

Further information about the Employer Satisfaction Survey can be found at the Wallis Social Research website. Wallace Social Research are conducting the survey on behalf of the VSA.
