Hunter Lean Manufacturing Cluster

This cluster is an industry forum among Lean Manufacturing practitioners, operations managers etc. to further their collective knowledge about Lean Manufacturing. The meetings are usually held at a Member Company's premises.

Objectives for the Cluster:

• Grow knowledge and appreciation of lean among participants
• Share experiences about same and different problems;
• Assist members to identify quality providers;
• Identify companies with Lean experience as potential speakers;
• Educate each other about which tools are most appropriate;
• Develop best-practice in gaining senior management support.
