The Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances (CEHA) Advocacy and Technical Group was established in response to industry demand from suppliers of consumer electronics, home appliances, antenna and reception equipment, equipment vendors, and testing companies. These companies sought a more coordinated and strategic approach to tackling the major issues facing their industries.
CEHA Advocacy and Technical Group provides a powerful and results-driven voice for manufacturers, suppliers and service providers on issues including product stewardship, environmental regulations such as the GEMS and WELS schemes, digital television broadcasting, spectrum policy, standards development and non-compliant products.
The CEHA Advocacy and Technical Group covers the latest industry issues (policy, technical, regulatory and standards) and is open to all Ai Group members.
Meetings of the CEHA Advocacy and Technical Group are generally held quarterly in Sydney, with video conference and teleconference facilities also available.
Ai Group also holds business roundtables for CEO and senior executive level representatives with attendance by invitation only.
