Trade Controls Summit

First annual Trade Controls Summit, presented by the Australian Industry Group in Canberra on 20 November.  The Summit is an industry-led event that aims to bring together key stakeholders, SMEs and primes for a discussion about trade control issues affecting the Australian business community. The presentations at the Summit will update you on what is happening with both Australian export control reforms and U.S. export control reforms. You will also learn what current 'best practice' is for ensuring compliance with trade controls. In addition, the workshops at the event will provide you with the opportunity to give feedback to the government on how the recent changes are affecting your business.
