Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

   

The aim of this program is to give participants the necessary skills to deliver competency based training and assessment in an industry or specific area of expertise. The training will be ideally delivered over a period of 6 –12 months, providing participants with an opportunity to implement knowledge and skills gained from the training in their respective workplaces.

Grouped into a series of four themes and delivered face to face and online with additional assessment activities, participants will be able to choose from individual workshops, or enrol for the full Certificate IV qualification.

Certificate IV in Frontline Management

   

Effective training in management and leadership should result in a number of benefits. Feedback from companies who have implemented the frontline management program indicates increased productivity, improved staff morale, greater ownership of roles and responsibilities and the development of a positive and cohesive workforce.

The aim of this program is to help managers, supervisors and team leaders enhance their skills in managing people and projects, communication, building a safe working environment and implementing continuous improvement procedures.

Introduction to Supervision

   

This is a two day program designed to introduce supervisors to basic elements of managing their team and ensuring they are aware of and comply with relevant workplace legislation. The program is ideally suited to employees preparing for supervisory roles or newly appointed supervisors that may have little or no formal training. The learning outcomes primarily focus on interpersonal skills required including counselling and feedback as well as managing the performance of individuals.
